Centara Mirage offers a vibrant atmosphere for families, especially with young kids. The pirate ship pool steals the show, with slides and play areas my children absolutely loved. Breakfast was a highlight, with an incredible variety of dishes to choose from. The staff genuinely made an effort to celebrate special occasions. they helped make my husband's birthday memorable. On the downside, the resort gets crowded on weekends, and during our stay, the cleanliness of certain dining areas was a concern. I witnessed a guest mishandling leftovers at the buffet, which didn’t sit well with us. Some activities for older kids also came with extra fees, which felt unexpected. A better separation of adult-only areas at the infinity pool would enhance the experience for those seeking peace. Overall, a great family-friendly spot but some improvements in crowd management and maintenance could elevate it further.

The facilities are new and clean.

Our experience was marred by poor service and long wait times. The breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to dirty dishes piling up and limited food options. Additionally, the maintenance of the waterpark was lacking, with broken stairs and algae in the tubing, making it unsafe for children.

Our villa was a spacious retreat, equipped with a personal pool that was perfect for after a busy day. The staff's warm hospitality, especially from Mr Tinh and Mr Thanh, truly enhanced our experience.

The service was solid. I got to see how the staff was super welcoming and they were quick to help us with any questions we had, always with a smile. Also, they had daily cleaning service which I appreciated, I mean it’s nice to have fresh sheets every day.

It wasn't cheap but you know, we're on vacation, so it was acceptable.

during my stay, I loved how close the resort was to stunning landmarks like the Fairy Stream, which is just a 15-minute walk away, and the vibrant Mui Ne Harbor, only about a kilometer away, making it super easy to dive into the local culture without needing a car.

It was a good match for a holiday in Mui Ne with excellent value for money. The private pool was really enjoyable, especially for relaxing after a day of exploration. Make sure to check the buggy schedule to avoid long waits.
